THE ANATOMY OF A SESSION

Attune with Divine Mother & receive her healing prayer (as given by Paramhansa Yogananda) to reinvigorate your sacred service & inherent abundance✨ 

  • (via Zoom or phone). When you book your session, you'll select a 60-minute time slot and are likely to receive an energetic transmission before your session actually begins.

  • (often we can cover several questions/aspects of business or life you'd like clarity about).

    We'll usually start with a chat to touch in on what's going on and how we'd like to focus the session... In sacred soft space.

    Together, you and I drop into an intentional space. We pray with Saints and Sages of all true faith, so no matter your faith or spiritual practice, you are welcome here.

    I then share the form of prayer used in Yogananda's lineage. The lineage includes Jesus Christ, Babaji Krishna, Lahiri Mahashaya, Swami Sri Yukteswar, and Paramhansa Yogananda.

  • to give you clarity about what's next, help you clean and shift the energy, look at an issue with fresh eyes, rest in peace and remember who you truly are – whether you call that Source, the I am Presence, Christ Consciousness, or connection with the Divine Mother or Goddess.

    Because I'm also a holistic business consultant, conversion copywriter, conscious new mama, hold an MFA in screenwriting, and a launch whiz – this session can be a hybrid of strategy and intuition.     Because I'm a Reiki master with 10 years as an energy healer, I also often offer energy healing visualizations to clear energy, set our strong energetic boundaries, create healing opportunities, work with flower essences, and more. It's pretty juicy!

This work is the fruit of many years of energy healing, spiritual inquiry, meditation, and creative practice.

HEALING ARTS & SPIRITUAL PRACTICE

I've spent over a decade honing my work as an energy healer and intuitive guide. I've led healing events, workshops, and retreats across the USA at such spaces as: Maha Rose Center for Healing, Top Shop NYC, Urban Outfitters Space Ninety 8, Species by the Thousands, & House of Intuition.

During one potent Venus retrograde, I co-hosted a healing space with The Numinous called the Temple of Venus with events dedicated to the goddess of love, beauty and abundance. I also published a column in the Numinous called Temple of Venus to help women connect to Venus medicine on the regular. 

I studied mind-body techniques (the Alexander Technique) for 4 years with Amira Glaser before taking Reiki Mastership at Maha Rose Center for Healing with Lisa Levine. I also apprentice with Camilla Blossom Bishop for Fairy Flower Alchemy and Land work.

A storyteller to the core, I've got an M.F.A. in Screenwriting at UCLA and hold a B.A. from Harvard in Visual Studies with a citation in French and a minor in English.

Since 2013, I've written extensively on wellness, culture, film and theatre. I've been published in Mind Body Green, The Numinous, The Local Rose, The Huffington Post, MUBI, and Theatre for a New Audience.
